Return & Refund Policy
❋ Return Eligibility
Ready-made items may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided they remain unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and in their original condition suitable for resale.
Customers must submit a return request within the 7-day return period and receive return authorization before mailing the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
❋ Return Shipping
If an item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order details, Deco Corp will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping or replacement shipping.
For all other return reasons—including change of mind, ordering the wrong item, color or size preference, or the item not being suitable for the intended space—the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Deco Corp or the item arrived defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order details.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Deco Corp is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit when the return shipping is arranged by the customer.
❋ Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–15 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Items that show signs of use, installation, washing, alteration, damage, staining, odors, pet hair, or improper handling may not be eligible for a full refund.
❋ Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Eligible ready-made items may be returned according to this policy, and a new order may be placed separately.

❋ Handmade Characteristics and Natural Variations
Our textiles are handmade from natural fibers and woven on traditional looms. The weaving, dyeing, printing, and finishing processes are completed by hand using traditional craft methods.
Natural variations in the weave, yarn thickness, fiber texture, color, dimensions, edges, and surface appearance are part of the handmade character of each piece and are not considered defects.
Because the fabric is handwoven on traditional looms, the edges may not be perfectly straight or mechanically uniform. Slight irregularities, natural slubs, visible fiber lines, uneven tension, and subtle differences between panels are normal characteristics of authentic handwoven cloth.
Botanical dyes may also produce subtle variations in tone and saturation from one piece or dye batch to another.
